আজ সফটওয়ারের সমস্যা তো কাল হার্ডওয়্যারের সমস্যা।সেই   ডস থেকে উইন্ডোজ সেভেন, পেন্টিয়াম-১ থেকে কোর আই সেভেন সব কিছুরই সাথে এ সমস্যা নামক বস্তুটা জড়িত। তাই কম্পিটার ব্যবহার করতে হলে এর সমাধান জানা আবশ্যক।

এখানে আমি ধাপে ধাপে বিভিন্ন সমস্যা ও এর সমাধান বর্ণনা করেছি।

1। কম্পিউটার রিস্টার্ট হওয়ার কেন???

অনেক সময় দেখা যায় কিছুক্ষণ চলার পর অথবা অপারেটিং সিস্টেম চালুর ঠিক পূবে© কম্পিউটার রিস্টার্ট হয়।তখন আমরা খুব বিরক্তবোধ করি।

চলুন দেখি কম্পিউটার রিস্টার্ট হবার কারণসমূহ ও্ এর সমাধানঃ

(ক) অতিরিক্ত তাপমাত্রার কারণেঃ কম্পিউটারের ভিতরের অতিরিক্ত তাপমাত্রা কম্পিউটার রিস্টার্ট এর প্রধান কারণ। এতে প্রসেসর তাপমাত্রা অপসারন করতে পারেনা। প্রসেসর তার নির্দিষ্ট তাপমাত্রায় উত্তপ্ত হওয়ার

পর তার স্বাভাবিক কার্যক্ষমতা বন্ধ হয়ে যায়। ফলে কম্পিউটার রিস্টার্ট হয়।

সমাধানঃ কম্পিউটারের আশে পাশে পর্যাপ্ত খোলা জায়গা রাখুন। যাতে ভিতরের গরম হাওয়া বাইরে বের হতে পারে।

(খ)হার্ডডিস্কের কারণেঃ হার্ডডিস্কে ব্যাড সেক্টর পড়লে এবং সেখান থেকে ডাটা রিড করার চেষ্টা করলে কম্পিউটার রিস্টার্ট অথবা হ্যাং হয়ে যেতে পারে।

সমাধানঃ স্ক্যান ডিস্ক দিয়ে স্ক্যান করে ব্যাড স্কেটর ফিক্স করতে হবে।যদি এত কাজ না হয় তবে হার্ডডিস্ক পরিবত©ন করতে হবে। অনেক সময় দেখা যায় হার্ডডিস্ক এরর। এটিও রিস্টার্ট এর কারণ। আপনি ড্রাইভারের উপর ব্লাইট ক্লিক করে এরর চেক করতে হবে অপারেটিং সিস্টেম দিয়ে।
